YOUR ULTRA-IMPORTANT STERLING 2008 TICKET INFO:

The Elizabeth Sterling Haynes Awards will take place at The Mayfield Inn & Suites Dinner Theatre, 16615 - 109 Avenue on Monday June 23, 2008 beginning at 4:30pm for cocktails with dinner at 5:00pm, show at 6:30pm and dance at 9:30.  

This year the Sterlings will be hosted by the dynamic duo of Linda Grass and Kieran Martin Murphy. 

This year’s Sterling committee will be putting together a sensational evening.  The show will be written by Jocelyn Ahlf and Belinda Cornish directed by Mieko Ouchi  with music provided by the amazing Josh Mellott and will feature songs from nominated musicals, favorite show-stopping moments from the season’s new plays and fringe hits.

• Tickets are $47+GST, include full buffet, a spectacular show & dance and are available on Tuesday June 3, by calling the Mayfield at 483-4051. This year we are also offering a limited number of SHOW ONLY Tickets for $25.00 + GST. These will entitle you to come in at 6:15 and enjoy the show and the dance but alas not the buffet.  Last year tickets went exceptionally fast so get your tix now... and remember, the show starts at 6:30pm!

• On the back of this letter is a seating plan for the Mayfield to help you organize arrangements with your friends and cohorts.  This is the same map that the Mayfield box office uses, so you can quote the table number you would like when you call.  Please make sure to order the correct number of tickets and double check the details before you hang up.

• HOW TO DRESS??? Funky is great, but please lean toward the formal
